Are Pakistani construction professionals truly happy? A benchmarking approach

Construction organizations are challenged with effective management of their human resource (HR) as both integral to each other. But the state practice in developing countries is not encouraging and construction professionals found themselves less motivated enthusiastic about job. This pushes study motivational needs different career levels. Therefore, current benchmarks HR practices industry Pakistan measure if there any difference between what truly value they get. In doing so, data was collected from 250 through a questionnaire survey. Results reveal that most gratified only stakeholder better clients who’s mid- end-career feel somewhat satisfied. Practical suggestions provided help upgrade its vision facilitate precious resource.
